Reference existing content from another space

NOTE: To reference existing content from another space, your content type must have a References field.

How to reference existing content from another space

To reference existing content from another space:

1. Log in to the Contentful web app and navigate to the "Content" tab.
   

   

2. Click on the entry you want to edit or add a new entry.

3. Click Add existing content. The "Add existing entries" window is displayed.
   

   

4. Select the space and environment from which you want to add reference entries.
   

   

   NOTE: For multiple references, you can select entries from up to three different spaces/environments.

5. Select the entry or entries you want to add, and click Insert entries. The entries are added.
