Workflows help you and your team codify your content creation process by defining clear steps and automating key actions. Integrate your workflow with notifications, task creation and AI actions. This ensures your content processes move efficiently through each stage.
Navigate to the “AI & Automations” tab, to configure one or multiple workflows to your entries.

The Workflow dashboard displays a snapshot of the stages of your content development.
Known limitations
Premium users can have up to 20 workflows per space.
One workflow can be attached to multiple content types.
You can create up to 20 steps in a workflow.
