Add Workflows to entry sidebar

Once installing the Workflows to your chosen environment, the workflow should be automatically enabled in the entry sidebar of each configured content type. If Workflows is not automatically enabled on your sidebar, follow the next steps. 

To add Workflows in the content entry sidebar: 

  1. In the sidebar of the “AI & Automations” tab, navigate to the Workflows section. 

  2. In the top right of the workflow overview page, click Create Workflow. 

  3. Name the new workflow, and add a description. Click Create on the confirmation modal.  

  4. On the right hand side, select the appropriate content type from the dropdown. 

  5. Click Save.

To view Workflows in the content entry sidebar: 

  1. In the top pane, click Content

  2. Click Add a new entry and select the content type with the assigned workflow. 

  3. On the new entry page, you will see your workflow in the sidebar.
