This page includes important information about Contentful's compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) (the "DSA"). Contentful supports regulations such as the DSA that are enacted to prevent illegal and harmful activities online and to foster a safe and trustworthy online environment.
Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Contentful has designated dsa-poc@contentful.com as the single point of contact to enable direct communication regarding the application of the DSA with users located in the European Union (EU), the European Commission, EU Member States’ authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services. English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.Â
When sending messages to dsa-poc@contentful.com, please include: your full name; the name of the EU Member State authority on whose behalf you are contacting us (if applicable); and an email address to contact you. Â
If you are based in the EU and you see content hosted through the Contentful services that you believe to be illegal in your jurisdiction, you can submit a report to Contentful by sending an email to dsa-reportabuse@contentful.com. Your report must contain the following information:Â
Your first and last name;
Your email address;
If you are contacting us on behalf of an organisation, the name of the organisation, your title at the organisation, and a statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organisation;
The specific URL(s), location(s) and a detailed description of the illegal content that you would like to report;
An explanation summarizing the issue, including why you believe the content is illegal and sufficient evidence supporting your allegation, as well as any additional information that would be relevant to our investigation; and
A statement that the information you provide and allegations you make are accurate and complete.
After we receive this information, we will review your case and take action as appropriate. Contentful may disclose such notices to relevant third parties if necessary to further our investigation. We will notify you via email about the outcome of our assessment.
